2) Tenancy Management Services (Optional / 250RMB/month):
During your tenancy, our professional service staff will help you to solve all sorts of problems and troubles concerning your tenancy in order to keep your comfortable stay!! Tenancy Management Services includes:

(Maintenance)

• Organize repairs with landlord or our own network of suppliers.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance.
• 24-Hour hotline provided for emergency matters

(Contract Management)

• Lease extension or renewal service.
• Negotiation with landlord for changes or requirements during tenancy

(Payment Management)

• Keep track with your bill payments. (We will pay all bills on schedule at first and ask you to reimburse later, in order to keep your facilities in tact.)
• Rent payment management. (We will issue payment invoice and official tax receipt to you, and after we received your rent, we will transfer it to the landlord on payment schedule.)
